12 Outfit Ideas To Get You Through Spring!

Spring is officially here, and many of us are lucky enough to be going on vacation or enjoying nice weather. So, I thought Iā€™d put together 12 outfit ideas to help you get through the upcoming season! Throw some of these outfits into a suitcase for a weekend getaway, put them on to run around town, or wear them out for lunch, drinks or dinner. These are my go-to combinations because theyā€™re versatile, easy and stylish.

Todayā€™s post is about spring staples that work for everyone. Just the other day, I shared these 12 items as a great place to start. Based on all the sweet comments I get daily, you all love many of these items too. Essentials include Mother denim, Citizens of Humanity Kayla shirt, Farm Rio dresses, and more. I hope you find a little inspo, and enjoy your first days of spring! ā˜€ļø

The Hottest Shoe Trend Everyone Is Wearing Right Now

These Wardrobe Essentials Are Too Good To Be True

The April Drop: 6 Pieces You Need Now

#1 Casual cotton top + Ankle denim

Frame top | Mother Hustler | Sandals | Michele watch

This Frame top is an all time favorite, and the navy blue color just arrived. It’s comfortable, and the sleeve length is arm flattering. And even better — if you don’t tuck it, it hides a tummy…. if you have one šŸ˜‰ Or, you can side tuck it to show your waist. It runs TTS. I’m wearing it with my favorite Mother Hustler ankle jeans. They’re comfortable, and work with all your spring sandals, flats, and heels.

#2 Zip front dress + Sandals

Anthropologie zip front dress | Sandals

This best-seller from Anthropologie keeps selling out, but I just noticed this color is back in stock! It’s available in several colors, including black and a pretty brown color. It comes in regular sizes, as well as petite and plus. Don’t wait on this one!

#3 Pretty blouse + Linen trousers

Alice & Olivia blouse | J.Crew linen trousers | Sandals | Bottega bag

Alice & Olivia has some of the prettiest blouses, though when I saw this one, I wasn’t sure at first. But, then I tried it on and quickly changed my mind! Look at this brand new one, you might like it as well. Since trousers are trending, try these linen ones from J.Crew. They’re my new favorites, and the fit is fantastic – I take a petite 6. They’re available in a few other colors here.

#4 Cara Cara eyelet dress + Neutral shoes

White eyelet dress | Loewe tote | Schutz sandals

Cara Cara dresses are so beautiful, and I’ve noticed the styles sell out quickly. The dress I’m wearing above is available in several other colors, including this new black eyelet one and navy blue one. If you prefer a longer style of dress, look at this one and this one. They’re all good, and very well-priced.

#5 Veronica Beard jacket + Matching pant

Miller Dickey Jacket | Matching Renzo pant | Prada pumps | White tank | Necklaces

Veronica Beard is always a favorite, and you can easily wear a matching suit to a daytime event. I really like this pretty light blue color, and I just spotted LTK founder Amber wearing it yesterday on her Insta. You can find her jacket and pants here.

#6 Dress coverup + Raffia bag

Elan $74 dress | Sandals | Dior book tote

This dress coverup is a good one, and it becomes my house dress on warm summer nights. Most of the time it’s sold out, but as of this writing it’s available. For $74, you just can’t go wrong! Don’t forget a great tote — it’ll get you through your travels and daytime looks.

#7 Vuori tennis skirt + White tank

Vuori white tank | Vuori skirt | Basket bag | New Balance shoes | Grey pullover

The tennis trend continues, and you don’t have to be playing tennis in order to wear all the cute clothes! Last summer, my daughter Em wore this tennis skirt every single day with either a sweatshirt or casual t-shirt and sandals and she looked so cute! When I spotted this fun orange Vuori skirt, I knew it was a good one, and it has pockets! See below for more favorite tennis skirts.

#8 Tank + Denim skirt

Striped tank | Denim skirt | Sandals | Straw clutch

Denim skirts are trending, and this season there are some shorter versions that come to the knee, which are a little easier to wear. The button front skirt I’m wearing above is from Evereve, and it’s very well priced. I also picked up a faded blue skirt, and I used it on this week’s style board which you can see here.

#9 Glamorous cover up + White swimsuit

Cinq a Sept cover up | White La Blanca swimsuit | Chloe tote | J.Crew sandals | Sunglasses

Cinq a Sept just launched a collection of the cutest swimwear and cover ups! This sheer dress looks beautiful over a white swimsuit, and it has high slits on both sides that make it kind of airy and light. It’s perfect for a beachy vacation, and will get you through the day and into evening.

#10 Farm Rio dresses

Farm Rio dress | Hermes sandals, affordable version here

I love Farm Rio dresses, and so do many of you! While I prefer the shorter styles, there are plenty of midi options too. They’re fun, bright and happy, and you’ll them all season long!

#11 Spanx AirEssentials + totes

Spanx crew pullover and matching pant | Chloe tote | Sandals

These AirEssentials by Spanx are so good! Talk about comfortable and stylish, and you’ll love all the colors and styles that are available. They’re also size inclusive and machine washable. See more favorites below.

#12 Classic t-shirt and jeans

Rag & Bone t-shirt | Paige Anessa | Sandals | Black jacket | Basket bag
