What’s In My Winter Capsule Wardrobe
After traveling and coming home to cold & rainy Portland, I needed some new winter weather outfit inspo. Whether you’re going Christmas shopping, heading to a holiday party, or just out for a day of running errands, I rounded up some of my favorite essentials perfect for any occasion. I tend to wear more neutrals with pops of gold and green, which was my color mood board for my winter capsule wardrobe.

This entire outfit is on my Christmas list! Starting with these unique Adidas Gazelle sneakers… I have them in black and white and they look good with every outfit. Plus I love the platform especially since I’m short 😉 I am obsessed with sherpa everything this season and having a quality jacket like this one is key for staying cozy and cute this winter. Lastly, everyone needs a baseball hat for when your hair just isn’t cooperating and this baseball hat from Revolve is too cute.

I’ve had this outfit inspo saved in my archive for a few months now and I am loving this look for a fun Christmas party with friends or NYE! My mom and I agree that out winter must-have is definitely a good pair of knee high boots. I tend to only wear pointed toe boots because they look more flattering on my legs, and this pair is one of my favorites.. or this Jeffrey Campbell pair looks almost identical.

It’s taken me a while to hop on the “loafer trend” train. However, once I saw someone style these Sam Edelman loafers with cable knit socks and a mini skirt, I fell in love! Another favorite is this Reformation cardigan, which my mom told me it was completely sold out last year so I have it on my Christmas list this year 😉
Family Dinner

This Mango wool coat is probably my #1 favorite thing to wear during the Winter. It elevates every single outfit — Whether it’s with a pair of jeans and boots or a hoodie and leggings, it’s so versatile. I had heard about the brand Lili Claspe over the years, but hadn’t purchased anything from their site. But recently it’s been my favorite place to look for unique pieces of jewelry and I am loving these gold heart earrings for the holiday!
