Grab them while you can: this week’s favorites!

A while back, someone asked me if I ever run out of ideas to write about on the blog. Interesting question, and I thought about it for a second, but then replied with a resounding “no!!” The thing about the fashion industry is there’s always something different going on, every single day. It could be new arrivals, a new season or a different way of styling something. I’ve always loved everything about it, and now I get to share it with all of you!

Many of you know that this little blog is my first love, where I spend hours creating beautiful, inspiring content for all of you. I write and formulate every single blog post and each one takes hours. But, it doesn’t stop there!! Back in 2020 during the early days of the pandemic, I quickly learned how to make Reels videos on Instagram — and I’m still at it 😊 I love to share styling tips straight from my closet, and I’m getting better at the editing process!

Today’s post is a round up of things not usually shared here on the blog. From exclusive content from the LTK app to the newest sale find featured on IG stories to the latest IG video, there’s a lot you might have missed! So, here it all is, and I really hope you like it!

P.S. The LTK shopping app is where I post exclusive content that’s not often seen on the blog. It’s an efficient, quick way to find what you’re looking for. You can heart items and save them in a wish list for later. Recently they just added notifications and comments, which are both great new features! Check my page out here. Cheers!

November favorites

Black coat | Paris sweater | Pink J.Crew sweater | Black fur coat | Gucci scarf | Paris Chic book | Schutz boots | Jeans | Dolce Vita boot | Gucci bucket bag | Pink feathers dress | Boots I’m wearing

Every month, I select my personal favorites – items I’ve worn regularly for the month and share them with all of you! I wore this J.Crew sweater a handful of times, along with the Paris sweater, faded jeans and the Gucci bucket bag. After seeing the Paris Chic book in London, I immediately purchased it once I came back. Finally, the pink feathers dress is so fun, and it comes in a long length as well as the shorter one above. Both are best sellers!

What to wear when it’s raining

Varley puffer | Hold tight top | Gucci scarf | Align legging | Rain boot | YSL tote | Foundrae charm | Gigi Clozeau necklace

STYLIST TIP: What to wear when it’s raining!! 🌧️

This time of year, it’s challenging to look stylish when it’s raining every day 😉 If you start out with a base layer, then add your favorite jacket and a cute scarf, you’ll have outfits for days! This Lululemon stretchy top is seriously the best – I wear mine all the time. It’s comfy, stretchy and warm, I highly recommend it!

Vacation selfies

Left: Elan coverup, new color here | Bucket hat | Loewe bag | Sam Edelman sandals | Middle: Vuori top | Lululemon skirt | Alo hat | Right: White dress coverup | YSL tote | Havaianas

These aren’t the prettiest of photos, but I was sharing these mirror selfies from our recent Mexico trip! I wore these Havaianas pretty much every day along with the white Burberry bucket hat! This dress coverup was a favorite all last summer, and it’s so pretty. The Elan black coverup is SO good, and it always sells out. Just this morning, I noticed this new color. I often wear mine around the house (like a caftan) on hot summer days.

Rouge 540: the rich sexy fragrance everyone loves … grab it on sale

Oud Satin Wood | Rouge 540 | 724 | A la rose

This fragrance RARELY goes on sale, and so if you’ve been dreaming about it, now’s the time! The Rouge 540 is my personal favorite and I pretty much wear it every single day. Recently, I picked up the Old Satin Wood after trying it several times on my recent London trip!

Em’s Picks: What’s in my winter capsule

Coat | Turtleneck | Jeans | Boots | Handbag | Earrings

From Em: After traveling and coming home to cold & rainy Portland, I needed some new winter weather outfit inspo. Whether you’re going Christmas shopping, heading to a holiday party, or just out for a day of running errands, I rounded up some of my favorite essentials perfect for any occasion. I tend to wear more neutrals with pops of gold and green, which was my color mood board for my winter capsule wardrobe.

This Mango wool coat is probably my #1 favorite thing to wear during the Winter. It elevates every single outfit — Whether it’s with a pair of jeans and boots or a hoodie and leggings, it’s so versatile. I had heard about the brand Lili Claspe over the years, but hadn’t purchased anything from their site. But recently it’s been my favorite place to look for unique pieces of jewelry and I am loving these gold heart earrings for the holiday!

The winter boot trend that makes the coolest outfits!

The Nordstrom 6 drop: Zella lightweight puffer | Ivory 1/2 zip and matching pant | David Yurman hoops | Burberry scarf | Beis Weekender bag | Sorel boots

Boots row 1: Sorel | UGG | Row 2: Sorel | Dolce Vita | Row 3: Sam Edelman | Sorel | Row 4: Dolce Vita | UGG

A couple of weeks ago, my Nordstrom Stylist friends and I announced our December “N6 Drop” (a monthly drop of six of our favorite, best-selling items). We selected a cozy puffer jacket, a Burberry classic scarf, a Weekender bag, and the chunky Chelsea boots that I’ve been talking about. So, today’s post is about making good, solid everyday outfits for winter, and the essentials that make it all work. They’re super simple and easy to style, and I’m sure you’ll love them 😊 Read the rest of the post here!
