The May Drop: 6 Pieces You Need Now!
This week, my Nordstrom Stylist friends and I announced our May “N6 Drop.” This is a monthly drop of six of our favorite, best-selling items. The selections include our favorite navy blazer, a cool graphic tee, and a super stylish white skirt. These pieces are well-priced and go with everything! Today’s post is about making good, solid everyday outfits for spring, and six pieces that will help you put them all together. Keep reading to see the pieces, and get tips on how to style them!
But first … if you’re new around here, I thought I’d share more about the monthly drops and how they came to be. My “Nordstrom 6” friends and I found each other during the early days of quarantine, and instantly bonded. We are all Nordstrom stylists (or former Nordstrom stylists) who started sharing weekly content with you. Our goal was to make shopping both fun and inspiring during that challenging time. Well, four years later, we’re still at it! And, between daily texts and FT calls, we plan our drops, which we share at the beginning of every month. I hope you enjoy them!

Veronica Beard jackets
This best selling blazer is a stylist favorite, and the outfit possibilities are endless. The blazer runs a touch big, so if you’re in between sizes, maybe try a smaller one. The hidden zipper detail allows the iconic dickies to be zipped in, and it completely switches up your outfit. I love both the black and navy colors, and just spotted this pretty lilac color (below) that I think is absolutely gorgeous. Grab the matching pant or wear with denim. This blazer is a personal favorite!

Graphic Tees
Graphic t-shirts are a perfect way to switch up your outfits! They add a little extra interest and you can add any style of jacket over them. Think denim jackets, blazers, trench coats, the list goes on. Lately I’ve been loving Mother tees, and these new ones by Sporty & Rich. Anine Bing has cool girl ones, and if you’re looking for an inexpensive one, check this one out.

Midi Skirts
Right now, skirts are having a major moment in fashion. I absolutely love it when a classic item comes back in style and looks so so chic. A longer midi style skirt feels the newest to me, and there are so many options. These two below are by Veronica Beard, and are so chic, and I love this new floral one. Larroudé sandals
The founders Mariana and her husband Ricardo launched Larroudé in 2020, and quickly took off! Their designs are fun, well-priced and comfortable, and right now, Nordstrom has an incredible selection. Known for the “Larroudé cloud” that uses “revolutionary foams with high footprint cushioning to minimize the discomfort and fatigue associated with traditional footwear.” Check the selection out here and see below for my picks.
White bags
White bags are so versatile, and they have a way of completing every outfit. This time of year is the perfect time to add one, and it will quickly become your go-to. I love this designer one, and for a more affordable option, look at this one.
