Summer is almost here, and right now, all the new season deliveries are starting to arrive. The “it” pieces for summer are finally coming into focus! This is what keeps this business so energizing, and honestly, it’s my favorite part of the job. Every morning, I sit down with my coffee and peruse all our favorite websites, everything from SheerLuxe and Who What Wear to the new arrivals at Net-A-Porter and Moda Operandi. It gives me an overview of what’s actually worth the hype, and more importantly, what we can incorporate into our own wardrobes to keep them feeling stylish and current.
Today’s post is all about the most talked-about fashion trends for Summer 2026. They’re incredibly wearable and easy to mix in with pieces you already own. I’m a big believer in adding just one or two on-trend items — it’s the easiest way to elevate your entire closet. This season, I’m focused on bright colored bags, the “it” shoe of the season, denim shorts that everyone’s wearing, and and of course, the hottest accessories of the year. Skirts have been trending the last couple of seasons, and they are here to stay. Look for white cotton skirts, lace trim midi skirts, a slip skirt, and anything else that you like. You’ll wear it all the time.

Long pendant necklaces are back, and the bigger the better! The brand Julietta is trending; her signature pieces include this shell necklace (which I own and love) and this tassel necklace. Add one to almost every outfit, and you’ll feel that much more stylish 🙂
What’s caught my eye: Dorsey is another great brand — absolutely love this necklace — and look at Lizzie Fortunato, Heaven Mayhem has many options as well, like these earrings and this designer-inspired watch. Brinker & Eliza is another favorite brand, and this bracelet is amazing.

What’s caught my eye: Loving everything by Staud, and just purchased this stripe dress for vacation. You can’t go wrong with a stripe skirt, and of course a stripe tee always works.

Slim, sleek sneakers are one of the top summer trends right now. Skip the chunky styles, they’re too hard to wear! You can splurge on Miu Miu, or find well-priced versions from other brands.
What’s caught my eye: Loving this Vince pair and this slide version. You can’t go wrong with this pair from Rag & Bone or this classic Vejas pair.
#10 Denim Shorts

I love denim shorts this time of year, although I don’t wear them because shorts aren’t my thing (if I looked good in them, that would be a different story). This season, the lengths are longer. Style them with mesh flats, flip flops or any other sandal that’s up to date.
