How to get the look: Save or Splurge?

These days most everyone, including myself, wears a mix of high and low. In other words, no matter what your budget is, it’s ok to pair a designer bag with a sweater you picked up from Amazon! As a matter of fact, if you splurge on a piece or two from time to time, it will elevate all your outfits.

Style isn’t about high prices and designer splurges. Style is about expressing yourself, and wearing things you love and feel good in. My friends are always surprised when they find out I’m wearing a $100 dress or an inexpensive piece of jewelry. I like a deal, too!

It’s worth noting that I splurged on the Rag & Bone blazer, which is worth every penny, especially since it can be worn all year round. I also own and love the ATM tee, which is a favorite, and I’m extra careful when it’s time for a wash! When it came to the mules, I decided on the Sam Edelman version since I tend to mostly wear heels. All of these pieces on both boards were carefully selected by me!
