Stylist-Approved: Best-Sellers That Are Actually Worth it!

You might already know that I spent my entire career working at Nordstrom. Not only did I develop a love of retail, but I also learned a lot about the business of fashion — everything from how to give excellent customer service to merchandising to selecting the very best products for all the stores. It was an amazing 25+ years, and I’m very grateful for all the time I spent there. It’s because of this experience that I’m able to show up here every day, and share what I know with all of you 😊

A while back, I told a friend (also a former Nordstrom Buyer) that writing this blog reminds me of our days as buyers. Back then, before the conveniences of computerized reporting, we’d sit in our offices counting tickets by hand to track what sold in-store every day. Often, I would be the last one on the entire floor … counting tickets. Sounds tedious, but it was really fun to see what was selling!
