 6 Vacation Outfits Everyone Will Be Wearing in 2026

As January settles in, I always start dreaming about sunny days, longer light, and of course, vacations. Living in the PNW, winters around here can feel a little … dreary (and that might be an understatement). This time of year, a dose of sunshine is very much needed ☀️ This week, we’re heading to Mexico for a little vacation, and it’s an easy four-hour flight from Portland. There’s nothing better than landing in a tropical paradise after leaving behind cloudy skies and gloomy rain.

We’re staying at One & Only Palmilla, a beautiful resort in Cabo. The plan is simple: cocktails by the pool, a little pickleball, meals at favorite restaurants, plenty of reading, and catching up on sleep — basically my idea of perfection. This time of year, vacation dresses are arriving every day, and there are many good ones! Farm Rio shines in the warmer months, and I just spotted this new pink one you might like. Cover ups are a must for a sunny vacation, and a white one will go with every swimsuit in your collection.
