Brand New: 10 Summer Staples You’ll Rely On All Season!

Don’t you just love this time of year? The weather is so pretty, and, it’s vacation season! Many of us have fun plans coming up, so I thought I’d share some outfits ideas for your trips. Right now, stores are packed with great summer staples that you’ll wear all season long. Whether you’re going away for a long weekend, or lucky enough to be heading to Europe or some other exciting, faraway place, these outfits will have you covered!

In a couple of weeks, I’m heading to Arizona to meet up with my stylist friends. It’s perfect timing since the weather is going to be 85 and sunny, which is ideal for trying out some new outfits. Today’s post gives you easy outfit ideas you can wear on vacation and throughout the summer season. You’ll also see some style board inspo, along with a few mirror selfie try-ons. #1 Wide leg denim + Casual tops

The Paige Anessa jean is a favorite and a best seller. It’s available in long lengths (meaning not cropped), and in shorter lengths as well. They’re perfect for elevating vacation outfits and are one of the best summer staples when it comes to denim.

#2 Casual Summer Dresses

This dress is summery, and you can easily throw a denim jacket (like this one) for cooler evenings. For other options, look at this shift style, this new dress from Rails and this short striped one. All so good, and ideal for warmer days ahead.

#3 Denim shorts + Tank tops

If you’re looking for denim shorts, the AGOLDE Parkers are hands down the best! Everyone loves them — they’re super comfortable, and you’ll reach for them often. You might want to consider both the light wash and this washed black one. Pair the shorts with these sneakers or these simple Birkenstocks. They also come in a short version here.

#4 White Denim: the most iconic of the summer staples

This is a classic summer outfit! Pro-tip: Find a pretty top you love, like this striped one or this one, then just add white jeans. Oh, and make sure you have a neutral shoe like this. Super simple.

#5 Knit Dresses

Michael Stars makes the best knit dresses, and they always sell out! Don’t wait on this one — the color is super pretty, and the ruching makes it quite flattering (I’m wearing a smoothing short under it). For other options, look at this longer tank style, or this cute one by Varley.

#6 Casual jackets: a must for every summer wardrobe

Even if you live in warm, humid weather, I suggest owning a jacket or two. Last year I took a trip to Puerto Rico and though it was crazy hot outside, but everyone had their air conditioning cranked and it was freezing inside! I really needed a jacket, so if this happens to you, you will too 😉 Consider this linen bomber or this utility style. See more ideas below.

#7 Denim Skirt Outfits

Denim skirts are a wardrobe staple and there are many versions to love. You can easily make several outfits with one denim skirt. If you like a longer midi style, check this one out. For a knee length skirt, look at the one I’m wearing in the above photo — it’s very well-priced. And, if you prefer to go shorter, this one caught my eye.

#9 Everyone needs a few sandals and sneakers

I always look for simple, easy to wear sandals and sneakers that work with several different outfits. This is why, for the first time ever, I came home with Birkenstocks in this neutral tan color! Also, take a look at these Dolce Vita sandals, and these too. For sneakers, check out these new P448s, they remind me of cool Sambas. I also spotted these New Balance ones which are all over Insta.
