This is the hidden Nordstrom Sale no one talks about!
Plus … Friends & Family sale finds at Saks and Neiman Marcus
If you’ve been a Nordstrom shopper for a long time, then you likely already know about price matching (or “limited-time sale” as it’s called now). This is when another retailer puts an item on sale, and then Nordstrom “price matches” it. I call it *hidden* because even though I’m a seasoned Nordstrom shopper, even I sometimes forget about it! That is, until I click on “sale” and discover 12,513 items that are being price matched. So, with that many choices, I tried to select the very best things for you all below.
When I was a Nordstrom Buyer, we were encouraged to shop the competition to make sure that we were always the lowest price in the market place. We even used to beat the competition by a dollar! These days, I would imagine it’s tricky to keep up on the competition, which is why they were a couple of days late reflecting the sale prices online. As I mentioned the other day, I’m not a big sale shopper, mainly because I believe in buying items when they’re right, not just because they’re on sale. However, I LOVE it when Nordstrom price matches, and right now it’s a total score if you’re a Nordstrom cardholder since it’s triple points.

While shopping in Soho several weeks ago, I popped into the Frame store, and it was buzzing! Now is the best time to grab a sweater like the one I’m wearing, or maybe this best-selling puff sleeved blouse. I found the best selection at Nordstrom, the Frame store and Saks. Below are a few more items you might like.
Jackets & Blazers

The Cinq a Sept Khloe blazer has really been a fan favorite. Though black and ivory aren’t on sale, it’s still an excellent price on the other colors. Also, the Rag & Bone Ponte Slade blazer has been a top seller, and it’s definitely a great piece to own for fall.
Shoes and boots
Another perfect item to grab on sale! And, I noticed the the camel boot I absolutely love is still in stock — it’s a good one. This year, knee boots and pointy toes are trending, so it’s the ideal opportunity to give your closet an update!
