These 7 Linen Pieces Are The Most Fashionable Right Now
My partnership with Who What Wear is coming up on 5 years — and I’m so grateful! For as long as I can remember, my morning ritual has been to sip coffee while perusing Who What Wear to see what’s new in the world of fashion. I’m proud that they feature women of all ages, and am honored when asked for my “advice” on fashion and styles. Recently, my friend and Senior Editor Bobby Schuessler asked me to weigh in on a favorite summer trend I’ll be wearing for the next few months. Linen is one of the hottest summer trends this year, and Bobby wanted to know which pieces I’m recommending. Like many of you, I’m always looking for stylish linen pieces that we can wear all spring and summer. Keep reading to see everything I selected this month, including a key dress style and must-have linen pants.

Bright, happy prints are everywhere right now. Of course they are — they lift our mood and make us feel happy! If you look at brands like Farm Rio, Alemais, and Rails, you’re bound to find a couple of vacation dresses you can take on your next trip.

I can’t think of a more versatile combo than a matching vest and trousers. It’s such a chic look when you pair them together! Of course, you can wear the vest alone with longer midi-style skirts or loose, wide-leg jeans.

It’s the year of the skirt! A loose linen skirt is perfect for vacation and warm-weather days. Look for longer midi styles in either a fun print or a basic color that will go with everything.

#6 Loose Linen Pants

Think of this as your go-to everyday summer outfit. Find a slim-fitting tank, and add a loose overshirt—talk about comfortable! I often wear this as a travel outfit for long flights, but it’s also ideal for breezing around town or meeting up with friends.
