The best dress: Norma Kamali | Open Edit blazer | Gold sandals, similar | Fendi bag
Back in stock: The dress everyone is buying!
It’s not often I run across a dress that everyone loves! So, when TWO dresses come along that are super popular, it’s definitely worth sharing with all of you. Since we’re in party season, and many of us have upcoming events on the calendar, having a great dress (or two or three) in your closet seems like a no brainer. If you’re like me, and you tend to leave things to the last minute, it makes sense to invest in versatile dresses so you’ll always have an outfit … any time of year. That’s right, both of these dresses work all year long … and they’re back in stock!
I just love this description from Net-a-Porter: “Leave it to Norma Kamali to make an LBD that’s perfect for both balmy days spent walking around the city and formal dinners on a sunset sail. Cut from the brand’s signature stretch-jersey, it has a strapless neckline and contouring fit that hits just below the knee. Simply switch out flat sandals for heeled versions, adding a statement necklace and red lipstick.” That description actually works for both dresses I’m sharing today. The other one, of course, is the Vince slip dress that I’ve worn in a hundred photos — can’t say enough about these two!
Both the Norma Kamali and the Vince slip dress are incredibly versatile, and you can wear them all seasons. Since we’re in winter, I thought I would share with you three different ways to style them right now. Keep reading to get a little inspo and find out which other dresses are trending for the season, along with shoes and accessories that will help you complete the look. With the holidays right around the corner, you’ll be dressed and ready for any party. Cheers! 🌟
Norma Kamali strapless dress $125
Norma Kamali is a well-known brand that’s all over the internet. This past spring, pretty much every stylish person was wearing the “Diana” gown, which is available in a long or short length. I love the strapless dress, and at $125, it’s such a deal! The outfit possibilities are endless — check out the three style boards below for styling ideas. For more outfit ideas, look at this Reels video I shared a while back.
Style board #1 – blazers
Alice & Olivia blazer | Veronica Beard blazer | Feather bag | Earrings | Gucci sandals | Norma Kamali dress
Board #2 – casual jackets
Faux leather white jacket | Rhinestone denim jacket | Clutch | Boots | Bracelets | Ring | Norma Kamali dress
Board #3 – sequin jackets
Sequin trench | Shorter sequin jacket | Balenciaga bag | Gold sandals | Earrings | Norma Kamali dress
Vince slip dress $295
Vince is another favorite brand, and this slip dress is universally flattering because it’s cut on the bias. It’s not too thin so it doesn’t show unwanted bumps, and there are many fun ways to style it. For reference, I wear the XS and had it shortened by about one inch. It is also available in navy blue and it’s a beautiful shade.
Style board #1 – Wrap coat
Cream wrap coat | Gucci cardigan | Gucci green bag | Booties | Earrings | Vince slip dress

J.Crew cardigan | Vince cardigan | Cult Gaia bag | Earrings | Boots | Candle | Vince slip dress
Undergarments that work for both dresses
