The New Spring Jean I Can’t Stop Wearing
Finally Tried This Viral Packing Trick…
#1 Everyday Casual Cotton Dress + Neutral Sandals
Staud dress | Flip flops | Poolside clutch
On a trip to Palm Beach, I visited the Staud store, and it was the busiest store in the outdoor mall! The hot dress that everyone was wearing or trying on was this midi length style. Right now, everyone is loving the brand (look at this and this). Here are some other brands worth looking at as well:
#2 Ecru Denim + Casual Jacket
Sanctuary faux suede jacket | Good American Ecru trouser jeans – petites here | Ecru top | Sandals | Belt
In my opinion, white (or écru) jeans are the key to making cute spring outfits. Yes, it can be tricky to find the right ones, but it’s worth the effort. Lately, I’ve been wearing these new Mother écru ones on repeat, and the wider leg is updated and flattering. For a dressier option (but still denim), the trouser style I’m wearing above is really good. The trick to easily making outfits is getting a tonal top, like this, in order to have several different jacket options.
#3 Summer Sleepwear
We love to get new pjs, don’t we? There’s always have a good excuse to pick up a new pair. Just last week, I purchased these super soft ones at Nordstrom. If you want to feel a little extra, try the washable silk ones I’m wearing above. They’re comfy, and the side slit in the pants makes them on-trend 😉
#4 Farm Rio Dresses
Farm Rio dress | Sandals | Loewe tote
Farm Rio shines this time of year, and there are many stylish options that just arrived. For example, look at this top and matching skirt — this is a great outfit. There’s also this sun dress and this longer midi style one. See the collection here.
#5 Cropped Trench + Dark Wash Jeans
Frame crop jacket | Dark rinse jeans, similar here | Lady Dior bag
Cropped trench jackets are still trending, and you might like this one above by Frame, which feels more shirt like. There’s also this one at Aritiza that’s a great option. Look for something lightweight and you’ll wear it all season long!
#6 Swimsuit + Coverup
Tuckernuck dress/coverup | Pink swimsuit + Amazon version here | Sandals | Loewe tote
It’s that time of year when many of us need a swimsuit/cover up, and my highest recommendation is white for both. Not only does it look super chic, but you’ll get lots of wear out of both pieces. Take a look at this one-piece swimsuit, it’s super comfortable and works with every style of cover up. And, when it comes to coverups, check out the pretty one I’m wearing above — perfect for going from the pool to relax with a drink. See below for more options.
#7 Nylon Jacket + White Jeans
Moncler nylon bomber | White jeans | Goyard
Many of us still need a jacket this time of year, so when I found this one above, I got pretty excited! It’s got bubble sleeves and hem, which makes it a little more unique, and you can wear it several ways. It’ll pair well with any pair of jeans.
#8 J.Crew Linen
Linen vest | Linen flare pant | J.Crew clutch | Sandals
J.Crew has the best linen pieces, and this vest & matching pant just got re-stocked! Linen is ideal for summer because it’s lightweight and breathable. And, it gives your outfit a quiet elegance, but without sacrificing comfort. Check out the J.Crew linen shop here – and if you’re looking for a nice trouser pant that’s so flattering, these are the ones to buy. Wear linen to outdoor events, summer parties, you name it. It always looks good.
#9 Tennis Whites + Sneakers
White tank | Tennis skirt | Yellow sweater, similar here | Loewe tote
Believe it or not, the tennis trend continues! You don’t have to be actually playing tennis in order to wear all the cute clothes 😉 Last summer, I found myself running around town in tennis skirts most days, with either a sweatshirt or casual t-shirt and sandals. Comfy and stylish! Perfect for morning walks, errands, even coffee with a friend. See below for more favorite tennis-inspired pieces that work — even if you don’t play the sport!
#10 Little Black Summer Dress
Everyone needs a little black dress – even in the summer! This is ALC one is still one of my favorites!
#11 Travel Outfit: Fleece Jacket + Suitcase
Frank & Eileen fleece jacket | Matching pant | Beis Weekender | Dior bag, similar here
This cozy fleece sweatshirt jacket is perfect for your upcoming travels, and it’s one of my highest recommendations. It’s also available in a longer length here. Frank & Eileen makes some of my favorite pieces, and the fleece is so cozy and comfortable, and perfect for travel. See below for some more favorites.
#12 White Skirts
Vince cardigan | White Vince skirt | Sandals | Veronica Beard bag
White skirts are trending this season, and a longer midi length style is what you’ll see everyone wearing. Pair with easy cotton sweaters, classic tees and lightweight denim jackets for a breezy summer look.
