The Hidden Sale Everyone Loves: Friends & Family! ⭐️
Right now is the best time to invest in your spring wardrobe, and it’s perfect timing since there are so many Friends & Family sales! These are the sales we all love, featuring brand new, in-season, stylish spring finds. Of course, it can feel a little overwhelming — I mean, we all want to score a good deal, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. I believe in buying items when they’re right, not just because they’re on sale. And, when you already have an item on your list and THEN you spot it on sale and grab it … now that’s what I’m talking about!
Read on to learn about the best spring items to score on the Friends & Family sales happening now, including the hidden Nordstrom sale everyone loves. If you’ve been a Nordstrom shopper for a long time, then you likely already know about price matching (now they’re calling it a “limited-time” sale). This is when another retailer puts an item on sale, then Nordstrom “price matches” it. I call it *hidden* because even though I’m a seasoned Nordstrom shopper, even I sometimes forget about it!
Here are a few of the sales I’m pretty excited about: Nordstrom is price-matching 4,351 items; Neiman Marcus, Saks and Bloomingdales are all having F&F sales; and J.Crew is having their Annual Spring Event with 40% off site-wide. Now’s the time to grab this popular Juliette cardigan from J.Crew (it runs a little big). Dresses are another category that J.Crew excels at, and you can’t go wrong with any one you choose (look at this one and this one). Be sure and check out their linen collection too! My faves include these linen blend pants and this dress — works as a coverup as well. And, their sweater lady jackets are best sellers and great for spring. All so good!

The rag & bone Slade blazer is one of the best jackets available, and I hardly ever see it go on sale. If you’re looking for a black one, the wool version is hands down the best (they’re all available online). I love the tweed version I’m wearing above, and if you like camel, this Ponte fabric one is a good option. They’re all super comfortable and really versatile, so they’re worth the investment!

Nordstrom is price-matching … this hidden sale is my favorite!
If you’ve been a Nordstrom shopper for a long time, then you likely already know about price matching (or “limited-time sale” as it’s called now). This is when another retailer puts an item on sale, and then Nordstrom “price matches” it. I call it *hidden* because even though I’m a seasoned Nordstrom shopper, even I sometimes forget about it! That is, until I click on “sale” and discover 4,351 items that are being price matched.
Stylist pro-tip: Check everyday, because I’m certain that Nordstrom will be adding more things once they catch on! Nordstrom doesn’t like being undersold 🙂
