10 Things Both Tall And Short Women Can Wear, Part 2
A few weeks ago, I reconnected with a dear friend, after a couple of years of life getting in the way — I’m sure you know how that goes 😉 As we settled in and sipped on our cocktails, I couldn’t help but notice her cute jumpsuit. And then I realized: it’s the same one I own. Usually this wouldn’t be a big deal, except my friend is almost a foot taller than me! The following day, she stopped by in another great outfit — this time a matching set that I also own. My Top 10 List
#1 – The Perfect Collection – The Slim Straight Leg Pant and Kick Flare Pant are quite slimming and look good on everyone. Plus, they’re machine washable. I recommend these to everyone! #2 – AirEssentials Collection – I love the jumpsuits in this collection, as well as the wide-leg pants with the matching Half Zip. These pieces are perfect for daytime — they’re comfortable and they make amazing travel outfits. #3 – Spanx Shapewear – Shapewear is probably the first thing that most of us think about when it comes to Spanx, and for all the right reasons — it’s SO good! This Mid-Thigh Short is the best, and while I prefer the regular rise, many of my clients love the high rise one! #4 – Undie-tectable Panties – These pretty panties are a personal favorite, and I helped many friends and clients with them in the dressing room. They’re perfect under dresses, and the light compression smooths your tummy. Plus, who doesn’t like a little lace? #5 – Faux Leather Leggings – This is the #1 best-selling item by Spanx, a wardrobe staple is loved by many. I’ve had mine for years, and they’re ideal for winter paired with boots and a longer, cozy sweater. In the spring, try them with sneakers and a longer jacket, or even a trench coat.More of the Top 10
#6 – Button Wide-Leg Pants and Matching Blazer – I recently tried these pull-on pants and wow are they good! They’re super slimming, and the gold button detail is a nice change from a basic black pant. Plus, the wider leg is current. Try the matching blazer for a polished look.
#7 – Vest Top and Matching Short – I haven’t tried this set yet, but since it’s part of the Perfect Collection, I know it’s going to be good. Talk about an easy update! Both vests and longer shorts are trending again this spring.
#8 – Get Moving Tennis dress – Just received this new dress, and it’s currently on my trip with me! Remember, you don’t need to play a racquet sport in order to wear tennis dresses and skirts. Throw a sweater over your shoulders and add a straw bag, and you’ll feel great on those warmer days. #9 – Tennis Skirt – This is another favorite piece you might like. It’s slimming, and the length isn’t too short. Try it with your favorite sweatshirt and cool sneakers for a casual look on warmer days. #10 – Stretch Twill Cropped Wide-Leg Pants – It’s not often I find a pant I love that’s available in petite sizing. Last year, I tried these pants on in white and I loved them. Thankfully, they’re back again this year. Check out this new bone color — it’s a good one!

The starting point of every outfit is the right bottom. This is something I learned in the dressing room — and it works every time. Then, once you get the bottom right, simply add a neutral shoe and then pretty much anything on top will look good. There are several styles I’m sharing with you that are best sellers, which means everyone loves them 😉 And, here’s the best part: they’re machine washable, super slimming, and available in petite and tall sizes (all the way to 3x).
