Items So Good You’ll Want Them In Every Color!
Every now and then, an item or two comes along that is worth purchasing in multiple colors. But let me be clear … I’ve spent a lifetime in the Nordstrom dressing room explaining to my friends and clients why they *shouldn’t* do this!! My theory has always been the following: you’ll gravitate to one color more than the others, so just choose the right one to begin with. However, the fact I’m even writing a blog post about this goes against that recommendation š I do believe the selections below are items so good you’ll want them in every color. Even I have the Juliette cardigan, the Mansur Gavriel bag and the Cinq A Sept blazer in two colors …Ā I can’t believe I’m breaking my own rule!
Today’s post is about the 5 different items I recommend in multiple colors (since I didn’t want the post to go on and on, I limited it to five pieces). But if I had to add a few more items it would be these Vuori joggers, this Vince slip dress and this Nordstrom $69 cardigan. This item is a TOP SELLER at Nordstrom. Why? Because it’s SO versatile! It goes with a denim jacket and sneakers, or a heeled sandal and cardigan for work (or going out). This dress runs a little small, so if you’re between sizes, go up one. It’s very flattering, and yes … I do wear these Spanx shorts under it for maximum smoothing!

Juliette cardigan
The J.Crew Juliette cardigan is a personal favorite, and I wear mine all the time — it works for most seasons. And, even I’m surprised I own it in three colors! This past month, I added the pale gray color for spring, which I love mixed with this saddle brown colored sandal and straw tote. This best-selling cardigan runs big, so size down at least one full size if not two. I have the XXS, and there’s still plenty of room (I’m usually an XS).

Cinq A Sept blazer
I’m often asked which blazer I prefer, the Veronica Beard Miller Dickey jacket or the Cinq A Sept Khloe blazer. Well, I own (and love) the VB jacket in black, but I just added the Cinq Ć” Sept blazer (also in black) in addition to the ivory one I previously purchased. I think it’s a little more versatile, with its relaxed shape and ruched sleeves. And, it goes with practically everything! Of course, black and ivory are great basics. But this spring, new colors like pale pink, soft yellow, and mint green have just been released. They’re all so pretty!

Vince Camuto sandals
This fun summer slide sandal for $98 is worth every penny! Since it’s so versatile and the colors are all gorgeous, it might be worth it to add two colors to your closet. The heel height is pretty much perfect — casual enough for denim and shorts, dressy enough for any spring or summer dress. I purchased the metallic silver color and plan on wearing them all summer long.
Mansur Gavriel mini cloud clutch
Mansur Gavriel is a favorite brand, and this little cloud clutch (which is very reminiscent of the Bottega one, but at a fraction of the cost) comes in many pretty new colors. And, it can be worn as a clutch or a crossbody. It’s the perfect way to add a little color (and fun) to all your outfits. I started with a pale blue one a few years ago, which looks amazing with denim, and recently purchased this green one. Green is trending right now, and I know you’ll love it!
