The hottest sneaker trends for 2020

The style set’s love affair with the white sneaker is showing no signs of diminishing. This time-tested basic needs to be a staple piece in everyone’s wardrobe right now. Why? It’s super versatile – denim, pencil skirts, dresses, evening wear – you name it. Simple but chic.

Why else? Well, they’re super comfy!!! These past few months while running around town and holiday shopping and even going to work meetings, I’ve found myself replacing the standard black bootie for a white sneaker. These are the ones I purchased in the early fall, and I’ve been wearing them non-stop! And since they’re white, they might eventually need replacing — which is why this pair is a strong contender. I also have my eye on this cult-favorite sneaker by Veja, a French sustainable label and seen on literally everyone from Meghan Markle and Emma Watson to a host of celebrities.

Not even necessarily “trending” anymore … the white sneaker has actually been around forever!! These shoes will update all outfits, and who doesn’t want that? Prices vary so they’re affordable for everyone (men included).
