Back in my 30s and 40s, I actually looked and felt older than I was! It wasn’t until my 50s that I realized a few simple wellness and beauty changes could turn things around completely …

And truth is, I feel so much more confident in my skin now at 60 than I ever did back in my 30s.

One more notable change I made was wearing more style trends. If you want to look more youthful and feel more confident, updating your closet essentials can instantly turn back the clock!

The recipe 🍅:
- Vine ripened tomatoes
