The latest arrivals are so good: here’s the list 🙌

This week, I’ll be heading back to work after being gone for exactly 100 days. It’ll be challenging to get dressed in non-sweatshirt-and-joggers outfits, and to try to walk in heels again 😂  but I’m really looking forward to seeing my co-workers. The environment will be very different, with the priority of health and safety for everyone. I’m excited to re-connect with many of you in Room 3 (even if it’s virtual)!

I’m proud of Nordstrom and their commitment to the black community, and of the way they are taking a stand on racism and injustice. As a company, they’ve made several corporate grants already and will also match their employees’ donations, which is wonderful.

So, the plan is to proceed thoughtfully and compassionately, and to go back to work while staying true to my personal motivations: Love first. Stand united. Inspire change. Support each other. Listen. Be kind. Do the very best you can … then do even better.
