The classic denim brand that nails it every time
Why do some classic denim brands truly withstand the test of time? Because the fit is completely dialed in, meaning it’s consistent and reliable. These brands stick to easy to wear basics, and no matter your price point, there’s a pair of jeans for everyone. But, there’s also another reason: the brand I’m talking about here also has a collection of great t-shirts, stylish going-out tops, and jackets that all pair perfectly with denim. I love so many pieces from this collection, it’s hard to pick a favorite — so I’m going to share with you my very top choices.
The brand I’m talking about is Frame Denim
Frame Denim is definitely a go-to, both for me and for my clients. Recently I caught up with my good friend and LA-based Frame Senior Retail Coordinator, Ashley Krentel. She gave me the inside scoop on what’s coming, what’s hot, and what to own! I even learned something – the Pixie is made for petites!! Oh, and just because summer is approaching doesn’t mean you need to swap out your current jeans any time soon. The perfect warm weather going-out outfit starts with jeans and a blouse like this one, or a silk cami like this one.

Frame Jeans
Purchasing denim online can be a little difficult (and overwhelming), so there are a couple of things that will help you. The Le High Skinny is the number one selling jean, with a rise of approx 10′ – to be sure, check the descriptions. The Le Skinny De Jeanne (the original Frame jean) is a lower rise, approx 9”. If you want a boyfriend jean, check out the Garcon, also a popular style. As I mentioned above, I just learned about the Pixie, which is a modified hem length for women who are petite! Lastly, another jean you’ll love is the Le Sylvie, a stylish, straight leg. For the record, this is NOT a paid post; I own all these styles except the Pixie, but that one will be next. Check out THE pieces to buy below!
Le High Skinny
Currently the #1 selling style
The Crop Mini-Boot
Comes in at #2
Le Skinny De Jeanne
The jean that put Frame on the map (lower rise than Le High)
Denim Shorts
The style to buy now is the Bridgette, which is a higher rise and is super flattering. If you’re in the mood for a looser, slouchier fit, go for the Garcon!
White denim
White denim is such an important summer staple, and Ashley and I both agree, it’s a good idea to grow your white selection. In other words, this season it makes sense to own a few different styles! The other important thing to know is that Frame switched to a new fabric that’s not as sheer as previous seasons. This is good news for all of us 😉
