10 Days In Paris & London: Here’s What to Pack ✈️
I just returned home from an incredible trip to Paris & London with my daughter Emily. Between trend shopping, French pharmacy hauls and a little sightseeing, we squeezed in a lot of eating! It’s no wonder my pants were a little tight on the way home.
This time of year can be tricky when it comes to packing for a trip like this. The weather is cooler, and winter clothing takes up a lot more room in the suitcase than summer clothes. Of course, we both packed way too much, and as to be expected, wore only ten things non-stop. If you’d like more details about my over-packing and what I learned, scroll to the very bottom.
Today’s post is about what to pack for Paris, or London, or any trip you might have planned this winter. For packing inspo, I selected stylish pieces that make lots of outfits, while keeping in mind the pieces I wore non-stop on my own trip. For example, this black trench was part of my travel outfit, and I also wore it many times in both Paris and London. Check out my packing list and brand new style boards below — I hope you find them helpful. Happy travels!
Full disclosure: I’m not a packing expert, and there are some things that probably could have stayed behind. But, that’s what happens when you pack in a hurry, and don’t take the time to think through every outfit! I’m just like many of you — figuring it out as I go 😉

Packing List for Paris
Row 1: Reiss wrap coat | Burgundy faux leather jacket | Barbour jacket | Scarf coat | Black trench
Row 2: Veronica Beard sweater | Scarf sweater | Print turtleneck | J.Crew tuxedo blazer | Fleece pullover
Row 3: Embellished jeans | Travel sweatpants | Veronica Beard pants | Satin pants | Green silk top & matching skirt | VB dress
Row 4: Ivory bag | Earrings | Clutch | Floral scarf | Tennis bracelet
Row 5: Metallic flats | Slingbacks | Strappy sandal | Suede boot | Knee boots
Outfit inspo: Shopping & Dinner

Left: Wrap coat | Embellished sweater | Jeans | Watch | Loafers | Earrings | Handbag | Right: Trench | Green top & skirt | Blazer | Cami | Sandals | Clutch | Earrings
An ivory wrap coat is so elegant and ivory is so versatile – for a more practical option, this black trench is one of my highest recommendations
Love a matching set, since you can wear it together or apart. Love this green top & skirt, also love this print Doen cami that has a matching skirt
Accessories make all the difference – make sure to have a black bag and sandal combo you’ll wear with so many things
Outfit inspo: Travel day & High tea

Left: Trench | Cashmere hoodie | Travel sweatpants | Blue scarf | Floral travel wallet | Loafers | Right: Tuxedo blazer | Floral turtleneck | Jeans | Ivory bag | Clutch | Boots | Slingbacks | Tennis bracelet
When it comes to a travel outfit, I can’t say enough good things about these sweatpants
Wear your heaviest things on the plane like a wool coat or trench
I just ordered this tuxedo blazer – wear with the matching pant, a skirt and, of course, with denim
What to Pack for Paris & Exploring

Left: Faux leather jacket | Cami | Satin pants | Slingbacks | Ivory bag | Earrings | Right: Ivory coat | Trench | Scarf coat | Faux leather | Loafers | Earrings
Satin pants are surprisingly versatile, and remember they don’t need to be saved for special occasions
Jackets are a good thing to pack – because those are the pieces that really switch up your outfits
I overpacked 😂 Here’s what I learned
The most-worn items on the trip: This black trench, this cashmere hoodie, the Lululemon Hold Tight Tee (worn almost daily for warmth), these Mother ankle jeans (it didn’t rain), this scarf coat, the Frame knit pant, and this Zara scarf sweater. I also wore this crossbody bag nearly every day, along with these casual boots and these leather pants. Learn from my mistakes and don’t overpack! We both brought way too many things (so silly) and there were a few pieces I didn’t wear at all. This list should help 🙂
